- Right to a registered employment contract Employment Card;
- Right to paid vacation during a period coinciding with school or university vacations;
- Must receive the 13th salary;
- Receives 2% of remuneration as a contribution to the Severance Indemnity Fund (FGTS);
- Receive transport vouchers and meal vouchers when necessary;

- For males: guarantee of FGTS payments in case there is a need to leave to serve in the Brazilian Army.
