wp-paragraph\">\n<p>\u7a05\u984d\u53ef\u80fd\u56e0\u5730\u5340\u800c\u7570\uff0c\u6298\u6263\u7e3d\u984d\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5f9e 3% \u5230 9% \u4e0d\u7b49\u3002\u8981\u5229\u7528\u9019\u4e9b\u597d\u8655\uff0c\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u4e0d\u8981\u5ef6\u9072\u4ed8\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p><strong>\u6298\u6263\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u5169\u500b\u56e0\u7d20\uff1a <\/strong>\u6309\u6642\u3001\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u4ed8\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u8acb\u67e5\u770b\u60a8\u6240\u5728\u5dde\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u6298\u6263\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ed8\u6b3e\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ee5\u6c7a\u5b9a\u662f\u5206\u671f\u4ed8\u6b3e\u9084\u662f\u5229\u7528\u6298\u6263\u5168\u984d\u4ed8\u6b3e\u66f4\u597d\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u6298\u6263\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u5dde\u9084\u6839\u64da\u6bcf\u8f1b\u8eca\u7684\u88fd\u9020\u5e74\u4efd\u63d0\u4f9b IPVA \u8c41\u514d\u3002 <\/p>\n<\/div><!--advertisement--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 sm:text-3xl text-2xl font-medium title-font mb-4 text-gray-900 text-left\">\n<h2>\u88fd\u9020\u5e74\u4efd\u7684 IPVA \u8c41\u514d<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>\u6aa2\u67e5\u5dde\u548c\u88fd\u9020\u6642\u9593\u4ee5\u4fdd\u8b49\u60a8\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u3002<br><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose text-left mb-5\">\n<ol><li><strong>\u88fd\u9020 20 \u5e74\u5f8c\u7372\u5f97 IPVA \u8c41\u514d\uff1a<\/strong><ul><li>\u8056\u4fdd\u7f85<\/li><li>\u5df4\u62c9\u90a3\u5dde<\/li><li>\u5357\u91cc\u5967\u683c\u862d\u5fb7\u5dde<\/li><li>\u963f\u62c9\u6208\u65af<\/li><li>\u5357\u99ac\u6258\u683c\u7f85\u7d22\u5dde<\/li><li>\u82f1\u755d<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>\u88fd\u9020 15 \u5e74\u5f8c\u7372\u5f97 IPVA \u8c41\u514d\uff1a<\/strong><ul><li>\u7c73\u7d0d\u65af\u5409\u62c9\u65af\u5dde\uff08\u6839\u64da\u6c7d\u8eca\u5e74\u4efd\u9010\u6f38\u6e1b\u5c11\uff09<\/li><li>\u5df4\u4f0a\u4e9e<\/li><li>\u585e\u963f\u62c9<\/li><li>\u99ac\u62c9\u5c3c\u6602\u5dde<\/li><li>\u88e1\u7d04\u71b1\u5167\u76e7<\/li><li>\u6208\u4e9e\u65af\u5dde<\/li><li>\u4e9e\u99ac\u905c<\/li><li>\u76ae\u5967\u4f0a<\/li><li>\u806f\u90a6\u5340<\/li><li>\u6258\u574e\u5ef7\u65af<\/li><li>\u6717\u591a\u5c3c\u4e9e<\/li><li>\u963f\u99ac\u5e15<\/li><li>\u585e\u723e\u5e0c\u57f9<\/li><li>\u5e15\u62c9\u4f0a\u5df4<\/li><li>\u99ac\u6258\u683c\u7f85\u7d22\u5dde<\/li><li>\u795e\u8056\u7684\u9748\u9b42<\/li><li>\u70ba\u4e86<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>\u88fd\u9020 10 \u5e74\u5f8c IPVA \u8c41\u514d\uff1a<\/strong><ul><li>\u7f85\u8cf4\u99ac\u5dde<\/li><li>\u5317\u65b9\u5927\u6cb3<\/li><li>\u82f1\u755d<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>\u8056\u5361\u5854\u7433\u5a1c\u5dde\u7684 IPVA \u8c41\u514d\uff1a<\/strong><ul><li>\u9069\u7528\u65bc 1985 \u5e74\u4e4b\u524d\u751f\u7522\u7684\u8eca\u8f1b\u3002<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><!--advertisement--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 sm:text-3xl text-2xl font-medium title-font mb-4 text-gray-900 text-left\">\n<h2>\u6211\u5982\u4f55\u77e5\u9053\u6211\u7684 IPVA \u7684\u50f9\u503c\uff1f<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>\u6839\u64da FIPE \u8868\uff08Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Instituto de Pesquisas Econ\u00f4micas\uff09\uff0cIPVA \u7684\u61c9\u4ed8\u91d1\u984d\u662f\u8eca\u8f1b\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u4e00\u5b9a\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u806f\u90a6\u61b2\u6cd5\u7b2c155\u689d\u7b2cIII\u6b3e\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u8ca0\u8cac\u6c7a\u5b9a\u7a05\u7387\u4e26\u8ca0\u8cac\u6536\u53d6\u5e74\u5ea6\u6b3e\u9805\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>\u9019\u4e9b\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\u503c\uff08\u5373\u5145\u96fb\u8cbb\u7387\uff09\u901a\u5e38\u4ecb\u65bc\u8eca\u8f1b\u50f9\u503c\u7684 1% \u548c 4% \u4e4b\u9593\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>\u63db\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6c7d\u8eca\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u662fR$40\u5343\uff0cIPVA\u8cbb\u7387\u662f4%\uff0c\u53ea\u9700\u5c07\u8cbb\u7387\u4e58\u4ee5\u6c7d\u8eca\u7684\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u8eca\u4e3b\u5728\u9019\u4e00\u5e74\u4e2d\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8R$1600\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>\u9019\u6b63\u662f\u60a8\u61c9\u8a72\u9032\u884c\u7684\u8a08\u7b97\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e86\u89e3\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u6a5f\u52d5\u8eca\u8f1b\u8ca1\u7522\u7a05\u91d1\u984d\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8a72\u898f\u5247\u50c5\u5c0d\u65b0\u8eca\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u653f\u5e9c\u4f7f\u7528\u57fa\u65bc\u5148\u524d\u4ed8\u6b3e\u7684\u503c\u4f86\u5b9a\u7fa9\u4e8c\u624b\u8eca\u7684 IPVA\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>\u503c\u5f97\u8a18\u4f4f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u6c7d\u8eca\u3001\u5361\u8eca\u3001\u5df4\u58eb\u3001\u6469\u6258\u8eca\u7b49\u7684\u7a05\u3002\u4f46\u5b83\u50c5\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u9678\u5730\u8eca\u8f1b\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div><!--advertisement--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 sm:text-3xl text-2xl font-medium title-font mb-4 text-gray-900 text-left\">\n<h2>\u5982\u4f55\u67e5\u8a62\u4f60\u7684\u8eca\u7684\u50f9\u683c\uff1f<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>\u73fe\u5728\u6211\u5011\u77e5\u9053\u4e86 IPVA \u662f\u5982\u4f55\u8a08\u7b97\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u8a8d\u70ba\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u6839\u64da FIPE \u8868\u4e86\u89e3\u60a8\u7684\u6c7d\u8eca\u7684\u50f9\u683c\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u8b93\u60a8\u958b\u59cb\u88fd\u5b9a\u8207\u4ed8\u6b3e\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u8a08\u5283\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u60a8\u7684\u6c7d\u8eca\u3001\u6469\u6258\u8eca\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u8eca\u8f1b\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><div
