Many young people are looking for their first job, but find it difficult to get an opportunity precisely because they do not have experience. <\/p>\n<\/div>

To solve this problem, the Federal Government created the Young Apprentice program, which obliges medium and large companies to separate from 5% to 15% from their workforce for young people and adolescents.<\/p>\n<\/div>
