What is the Casa Verde e Amarela 2022 program?
The Casa Verde e Amarela 2022 Program is a social housing program linked to the Ministry of Regional Development.
It aims to facilitate the population's access to decent housing, through subsidies so that families can buy the property they want.
The government's expectation is to serve 1.6 million families by 2024.
To achieve this goal, they promise to change the FGTS interest rates and make changes to the financial agent's remuneration.
Who can access the Casa Verde e Amarela 2022 Program
To gain access to the program, Caixa divides families into income groups, with variable interest rates among them:
- Family gross income of up to R$ 2,000.00: nominal interest of up to 4,75% per year and subsidies up to R$ 47,500.00;
- Gross family income from R$ 2,000.01 to R$ 4,000.00: nominal interest of up to R$ 2,000.00 per year and allowances up to R$ 29,000.00;
- Family gross income from R$ 4,000.01 to R$ 7,000.00: nominal interest of up to 7,66% per year and no subsidies.
Pay attention to the fact that the income range belongs to the family, that is, to all those who will reside in the desired property.
Remembering that the maximum value of the property for financing is R$ 264,000.00.
How to enroll in the Casa Verde e Amarela 2022 Program
Access to the program is not so different from normal financing, and the process is quite simple:
- CHOOSE THE PROPERTY: Families with a monthly income of up to R$ 7,000.00 can contract individually or through a construction company or even through an organizing entity if a unit is linked to an enterprise financed by CAIXA.
Just do the simulation to find out how much you can invest and deliver the documentation to a CAIXA Here Correspondent or to the CAIXA branch closest to you; - DELIVER THE DOCUMENTATION: At the branch or at the CAIXA Aqui Correspondent, CAIXA receives and analyzes your documentation and the documentation of the property you chose and shows you the best financing conditions;
- SIGN THE CONTRACT: After validation and approval of the registration and documentation, you sign the financing agreement.
