Meet the participants of BBB 2022

Big Brother Brazil (BBB) is the reality show from Rede Globo that happens every year.
The program that began broadcasting on the station in 2002 had, as a rule, only anonymous participants.
However, the last editions brought something new: the participation of famous people.
These people mostly come from the internet world.
influencers, entrepreneurs and models are the most chosen in this new selection model.
In the 2022 edition, however, the program's management decided to merge these two formulas, bringing both famous and anonymous participants.
What is Big Brother Brazil
Big Brother Brazil, known only as BBB, is the reality show favorite of Brazilians.
The format bought by Globo from the Dutch company endemol, had its first Brazilian edition released on January 29, 2002.
The program consists of confining a variable number of participants in a scenographic house.
Participants are monitored 24 hours a day with no connection to the outside world, participating in races that aim to spice up the dispute.
Voting takes place weekly for one of these participants to be eliminated, in what is known as “Paredão”.
BBB 2022 participants
As it happened in the last edition, once again the cast was divided between the groups “Cabin", formed by celebrities, and "Popcorn“, formed by anonymous.
The Camarote group is formed by the following participants:
- Naiara Azevedo: Singer became famous in 2016 with the song “50 reais”;
- Tiago Abravanel: Actor and presenter comes from a family of artists and is the grandson of presenter Sílvio Santos;
- Linn da Quebrada: Singer and actress debuted on Globo in 2019 in the series “Segunda Chamada”;
- Douglas Silva: The 33-year-old actor became widely known for playing the character Dadinho in the 2004 film “Cidade de Deus”;
- Jade Picon: Businesswoman and influencer has more than 20 million followers on her social networks, where she shares topics such as fashion, beauty, lifestyle, music, family, travel, among others;
- Maria: Actress and singer gained prominence in 2019 by participating in the soap opera “Amor de Mãe”;
- Brunna Gonçalves: Ballerina and influencer produces content for the internet and integrates the body of dancers of the singer Ludmila, whose partner she is;
- Paulo Andre: Olympic athlete already has great titles in his sports career as a runner, even reaching the semifinal of the Tokyo Olympic Games in the 100 meters;
- Peter Scooby: adept surfer free surfing, Pedro is one of the best in the world in this modality. He also has a program on the OFF channel called 'Pedro Vai Pro Mar', in which he shows his travel and competition routine.
- Arthur Aguiar: Actor and singer He was a member of the bands Rebeldes and FUSSCA and has recorded songs as a solo artist. On TV Globo, he acted in the soap operas “Em Família”, “Malhação Sonhos”, “Êta Mundo Bom!” and “The Other Side of Paradise”.
The Pipoca group is formed by these other participants:
- Vinicius: Bachelor of Law is 23 years old and is from Ceará;
- Natalia: Model and nail designer is 22 years old and lives in Belo Horizonte;
- Rodrigo: Commercial manager is 36 years old and was born in São José dos Campos, in the interior of São Paulo;
- Barbarian: Public relations and model is from Novo Hamburgo and is 29 years old;
- Lucas: Engineer and medical student is 31 years old and lives in Vila Velha;
- Slovenia: Marketing student and model lives in Caruaru – PE and is 25 years old;
- Eliezer: Designer and entrepreneur is 31 years old and was born in Volta Redonda, in Rio de Janeiro;
- Jessilane – Biologist and biology teacher lives in Valparaíso – GO and is 26 years old;
- Lucian: Actor and dancer, he was born and raised in Florianópolis and is 28 years old;
- Laís: A 30-year-old doctor lives in Crixás, in the city of Goiás.
Remembering that every week a participant is eliminated in the so-called “paredão”, which always happens on Tuesdays.
