Workday of a Young Apprentice
The apprentice must have his working hours reduced compared to other employees. While most people work 8 hours a day with the possibility of overtime, the Young Apprentice must work 4 hours to 6 hours a day, with one day a week dedicated to their apprenticeship.
Furthermore, when he is at work, the company must calculate all the time spent traveling between the company itself and the place where he takes his course. These rules are contained in Article 7 of the Federal Constitution:
“Federal Constitution Art. 7, item XXXIII – prohibition of night, dangerous or unhealthy work for minors under the age of eighteen and any work for minors under the age of sixteen, except as an apprentice, from the age of fourteen.
Therefore, it is up to the company to respect all these rules that the constitution establishes, as well as the Young Apprentice must respect their legal contract.
Thus, anyone who works for themselves or has a small business can now regularize their work situation and issue notes through the MEI (Individual Microentrepreneur). Now check out this new recommended content we prepared for you!
