What documents do I need to present?
To apply for the Casa Verde e Amarela 2022 program, you only need to present basic documents:
- Proof of income (payslip/paycheck);
- ID AND CPF;
- Proof of marital status (Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate or Endorsed Marriage Certificate);
- Proof of current residence;
- Income Tax Declaration (if necessary).
Remembering once again that the Casa Verde e Amarela 2022 program does not only include properties from accredited construction companies, as happened in Minha Casa, Minha Vida.
Here, properties from any construction company or individuals are also accepted as eligible for purchase.
Furthermore, there is also the possibility of building your own property.
