Forst\u00e5 i artiklen nedenfor.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Januar m\u00e5ned bringer flere ekstra udgifter med sig lige i starten af \u00e5ret.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Og n\u00e5r det kommer til k\u00f8ret\u00f8jer, er disse afgifter endnu h\u00f8jere.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Ud over IPVA og k\u00f8ret\u00f8jslicensgebyret kommer DPVAT med dem hvert \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>2022 startede dog med gode nyheder.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Dette skyldes, at p\u00e5 trods af stigningen i 2022 IPVA, vil DPVAT blive nulstillet for indev\u00e6rende \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<\/div><!--advertisement--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 sm:text-3xl text-2xl font-medium title-font mb-4 text-gray-900 text-left\">\n<h2 id=\"h-o-que-e-o-dpvat\">Hvad er DPVAT<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>DPVAT (Personal Injury by Land Motor Vehicles) er den obligatoriske forsikring for personskader for\u00e5rsaget af k\u00f8ret\u00f8jer, oprettet i 1974.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Den er ansvarlig for en omfattende d\u00e6kning af alle ofre for trafikulykker, der er registreret p\u00e5 det nationale territorium.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>DPVAT blev altid betalt sammen med den f\u00f8rste rate eller med den enkelte rate af IPVA.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>K\u00f8ret\u00f8jer fritaget for IPVA blev betalt sammen med den \u00e5rlige licensafgift.<\/p>\n<\/div><!--advertisement--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 sm:text-3xl text-2xl font-medium title-font mb-4 text-gray-900 text-left\">\n<h2 id=\"h-o-dpvat-nao-e-mais-gerenciado-pela-seguradora-lider\">DPVAT administreres ikke l\u00e6ngere af Seguradora L\u00edder<\/h2>\n<\/div><!--image--><div class=\"px-5 sm:px-0 sm:w-[800px] sm:ml-[50%] sm:-translate-x-2\/4 rounded-lg overflow-hidden mb-5 text-center\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full  w-full object-cover object-center border mx-auto wp-image-188\"><img width=\"600\" height=\"350\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/143.244.166.245\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/91.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"w-full object-cover object-center border mx-auto wp-image-2559\" srcset=\"https:\/\/informacaoevalor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/91.jpg 600w, https:\/\/informacaoevalor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/91-300x175.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption class=\"mt-5 text-xs text-center border-b pb-4\" >DPVAT-forsikring blev administreret af forsikringsselskabet L\u00edder indtil 31. december 2020.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div><!--image--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Seguradora L\u00edder blev oprettet af National Council of Private Insurance (CNSP) som et konsortium til at administrere DPVAT som et specialiseret forsikringsselskab.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Det blev grundlagt den 12\/07\/2007 og fungerede i 13 \u00e5r som administrator af DPVAT-forsikring.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Imidlertid besluttede forsamlingen den 24.11.2020 at opl\u00f8se konsortiet, hvilket resulterede i, at Seguradora L\u00edders abonnementer opsiges pr. 01\/01\/2021.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Siden da er DPVAT-fonde blevet forvaltet af FDPVAT, en Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal-fond.<\/p>\n<\/div><!--advertisement--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 sm:text-3xl text-2xl font-medium title-font mb-4 text-gray-900 text-left\">\n<h2 id=\"h-quais-os-beneficios-do-dpvat\">Hvad er fordelene ved DPVAT?<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>DPVAT tilbyder tre typer d\u00e6kning:<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose text-left mb-5\">\n<ul><li><strong>D\u00f8d<\/strong>: I denne d\u00e6kning er modtagerne ofrenes lovlige arvinger i tilf\u00e6lde af chauff\u00f8rers, passagerers eller fodg\u00e6ngeres d\u00f8d som f\u00f8lge af en trafikulykke. Erstatningsbel\u00f8bet er R$ 13.500,00;<\/li><li><strong>Hel eller delvis varig invaliditet<\/strong>: I denne d\u00e6kning er st\u00f8ttemodtageren selv offeret og betales i tilf\u00e6lde af tab eller reduktion, helt eller delvist, p\u00e5 permanent basis af medlemmernes og\/eller organernes funktioner. Umuligheden af genoptr\u00e6ning skal attesteres i en endelig l\u00e6geerkl\u00e6ring. Kompensationsbel\u00f8b sp\u00e6nder fra R$ 135 til R$ 13.500,00.;<\/li><li><strong>Udgifter til l\u00e6ge og hospital<\/strong>: I denne d\u00e6kning er modtageren det offer, der skulle betale for medicinsk, hospitals-, supplerende eller farmaceutisk assistance som f\u00f8lge af trafikulykken. Udgifter som medicin, unders\u00f8gelser, konsultationer, fysioterapi i det private sundhedsnetv\u00e6rk refunderes under hensyntagen til de bel\u00f8b, offeret har brugt og bevist, op til R$ 2.700,00.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Husk at DPVAT-d\u00e6kning er garanteret i en periode p\u00e5 op til tre \u00e5r efter h\u00e6ndelsen.<\/p>\n<\/div><!--advertisement--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 sm:text-3xl text-2xl font-medium title-font mb-4 text-gray-900 text-left\">\n<h2 id=\"h-o-que-o-dpvat-nao-cobre\">Hvad d\u00e6kker DPVAT ikke?<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Ikke alle typer uheld og gener i trafikken er berettiget til forsikring.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Blandt de hypoteser, der ikke er d\u00e6kket, er:<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose text-left mb-5\">\n<ul><li>B\u00f8der og andre overtr\u00e6delser p\u00e5lagt f\u00f8reren;<\/li><li>Personskade, der ikke er for\u00e5rsaget af landk\u00f8ret\u00f8jer eller deres last;<\/li><li>Materiel skade, s\u00e5som buler og andre skader p\u00e5 k\u00f8ret\u00f8jer;<\/li><li>Ulykke uden ofre;<\/li><li>Ulykker med udenlandske k\u00f8ret\u00f8jer, der cirkulerer p\u00e5 det nationale omr\u00e5de;<\/li><li>Ulykker, der sker uden for det nationale territorium, selvom de er for\u00e5rsaget af et k\u00f8ret\u00f8j registreret i Brasilien.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><!--advertisement--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 sm:text-3xl text-2xl font-medium title-font mb-4 text-gray-900 text-left\">\n<h2 id=\"h-o-que-mudou-no-dpvat-em-2022\">Hvad \u00e6ndrede sig i DPVAT i 2022<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>National Council of Private Insurance (CNSP) godkendte den 17.12.2021 fritagelsen fra DPVAT for 2022.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Som det skete i 2021, forstod agenturet, at de overskydende bel\u00f8b i Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal Fund er tilstr\u00e6kkelige til at d\u00e6kke trafikulykker.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Det betyder, at skatteyderen ikke skal betale noget bel\u00f8b for forsikring!<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Denne besparelse i v\u00e6rdien af DPVAT vil bidrage til at lette lommerne for skatteyderne, som skal betale en dyrere IPVA i 2022.<\/p>\n<\/div><!--advertisement--><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 sm:text-3xl text-2xl font-medium title-font mb-4 text-gray-900 text-left\">\n<h2 id=\"h-como-solicitar-o-dpvat-2022\">S\u00e5dan anmoder du om DPVAT 2022<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>F\u00f8lg nedenst\u00e5ende trin for at ans\u00f8ge om DPVAT 2022:<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose text-left mb-5\">\n<ul><li>Download og installer &quot;Caixa DPVAT&quot;-applikationen, tilg\u00e6ngelig til Android og IOS;<\/li><li>Indtast de data, applikationen anmoder om (CPF, fulde navn, mobiltelefon, f\u00f8dselsdato, postnummer, e-mail);<\/li><li>Registrer en adgangskode for at f\u00e5 adgang til applikationen;<\/li><li>Klik p\u00e5 DPVAT-anmodningen og send de \u00f8nskede dokumenter.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>Klar, inden for 30 dage vil Caixa svare p\u00e5 din anmodning og im\u00f8dekomme eller afvise din anmodning.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"mx-5 sm:mx-0 prose leading-relaxed text-lg mb-5 text-left wp-paragraph\">\n<p>S\u00e5 kunne du lide den gode nyhed?<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Forsikringen vil f\u00e5 sit betalingsbel\u00f8b nulstillet i 2022.
